Red Jacket sponsored the new 50km MTB Race event which ran in conjunction with the BDO Round the Mountain Cycle Challenge in January 2019.
A special young lady with Miller Syndrome, a rare genetic condition which involves moderate to severe facial and limb anomalies and who made it her goal to run a half marathon. In conjunction with Dynamic Body, Red Jacket is proud to help this brave young lady achieve her goal.
An organisation dedicated to raising awareness of nominated charities and raising funds by cycling New Zealand. In 2018 this charity was: Life Education Trust Taranaki – this was an extension to the awareness of depression and suicide that was generated in their 2015 ride.
The BDO Around the Mountain Cycle challenge is Taranaki’s only summer around the mountain cycle ride. This cycle challenge supports various charities each year.

Heart Kids NZ provides frontline support to families who face the challenges and hurdles of having a child born with heart defects. The Kids Day Out Variety Show gives families in local communities throughout New Zealand an opportunity to see some of our fantastic local and international entertainers provide a performance that makes a lasting memory for the children attending.
An organisation which works alongside the NZ Police to assist families at Christmas time providing Christmas food baskets to those who need extra assistance.
The New Plymouth Lions Koru Club hosts the yearly Taranaki ‘World Festival of Magic’ charity show, designed to bring some joy and laughter to special needs and disadvantaged children and their families.
