William Isbister
Senior Civil-Structural Designer
20 years’ experience in the Petrochemical industry specialising in Pressure Vessel design, Mechanical design and offshore structural design.
Using Autodesk products, we can create drawings in 2D or 3D as required for fabrication and Building Consent requirements.
We strive to produce designs to optimise resources and suit each client’s needs.
I have been involved in many sports, I currently play inline hockey and manage the New Plymouth Ravens Premier team as well as the Senior Men’s team that I also play for.
Matt Phillips

Studied a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours at Canterbury University.
A member of the Golden Key International Honours Society.
My main structural Engineering background is seismic assessments of existing buildings and residential/commercial design.
The main location of previous work was in New Plymouth and Hamilton.
I have also worked on various projects throughout New Zealand, from the top of the North Island to the bottom of the South Island.
Currently my goal is to become a CPEng qualified Engineer through Engineering New Zealand.
I enjoy being a part of, and helping form a well-connected and productive team.
I have a focus on forming strong relationships with clients and providing them with great service.
I like to keep active and enjoy, volleyball, tennis, running, and going to the gym.
I enjoy having a social home with people coming over for BBQs, dinners, and just for visits.

Currently studying by distance towards a Civil Engineering Degree
Previously completed a Physiotherapy Degree
Experience in civil works, site inspections, bridges and soil testing
Currently working in structural design
I hope to attain a Civil Engineering Degree and become a Chartered Engineer
Enjoy time with friends and family, especially my growing number of nieces and nephews
My wife and I are sticking to dogs as they are much more obedient than kids

I enjoy a good mix of both Civil and Structural engineering and like to get out on site whenever I can.

Born and raised in New Plymouth but spent time living in Auckland, Cambridge, Australia and the UK.
An extensive background in administration, accounts and office management in a diverse number of industries.
Joined Red Jacket in March 2015.
Manage the Accounts, Job Administration and general day to day running of the office.
Provide administrative support to the Red Jacket team.
I have two pretty cool children who keep me busy outside of work.
I have an interest in natural health and can bore people for hours if you ask the wrong questions 🙂
I try and keep myself fit, not always succeeding, but currently enjoying cycling with the dog and a bit of lane swimming.
